POWER PLAY

You could make a film about any one of the albums produced at Power Play. The stories behind them and the talent that crafted them are legendary. Producers like Marley Marl, Hurby Luv Bug, & Large Professor opened the door for a string of hip hop greats that would follow in their wake. When rap music’s most iconic label Def Jam uses your studio as home base, the flow of artists makes for a who’s who in rap that would leave fans speechless; and lightning would strike time and again.
